CW Abroad focuses on your convenience, so we charge a USD 100 upfront fee to start organizing your program and the remaining fee when your program has been confirmed. A 5% international banking fee is added at point of payment. Please read our refund policy.

Volunteer House: You will be provided with groceries to make a continental style breakfast every day, which is prepared in the kitchen/dining room of the volunteer house and includes toast and spreads, cereal and fruit. All standard amenities are available in the volunteer house, including hot showers and modern bathrooms, and there is even free Wi-Fi!
Homestay: Meals are not included. A damage deposit is required for all host families and shared apartments. It must be paid at check-in and will be refunded at check-out if there is no damage. Money will be taken out of the deposit to pay for any damages done by the participant.
What do my fees pay for?
Registration and Program Fee: Support and guidance from CW staff, program marketing costs, pre-departure assistance, staff salary, CW Solidarity Fund, administration costs, travel costs to inspect programs and communication costs with volunteers. We need this fee just to sustain the organization.Accommodation with a host family or at a Hostel (Daily breakfast), airport pick-up, orientation, program supervision, in-country 24/7 volunteer support and in-country administration costs.
What’s no included: Meals (homestay option), Air tickets,Vaccinations,Transportation to and from project, Certificate of Good conduct, Visa, Local travels and Personal expenses, International Insurance against sickness, accident and 3er party liability. In addition to providing health insurance, the plan must cover medical evacuation and repatriation. Our participants in Argentina generally find USD 160 to be sufficient for basic weekly expenses.
