Connecting Worlds can organise internships for anyone interested in gaining some kind of experience or training in Chile. The number of placements for our internships is not limited and almost every field of study is available.

The idea is for interns to gain valuable working experience for their CVs or perhaps even for university credit. Unlike a volunteer, the idea is that interns learn valuable skills or techniques which will serve for future employment opportunities within a particular industry or trade.

An internship organised by Connecting Worlds provides interns with valuable working opportunities in real work environments, as well as the chance to significantly improve Spanish language skills.

The internships offered by Connecting Worlds are non-paid due to strict regulations of the Chilean Government regarding the work of foreigners in local companies. The other reason is that the main objective of the Internship is the international education and the learning experience.

Payment is separated into two stages. The first is the registration fee which you send through with your application. The second fee known as the program fee is due once your internship has been completely arranged. Internships can last for anything between two to six months and multiple internships in multiple destinations is also possible.
